Is the first call actually free, or is it a sales pitch?
It’s free and it’s thirty minutes. Bring your numbers, however rough. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help, and sometimes the honest answer is no.
I’m brand new. Can I still work with you?
Not one to one, no. You’d get far more from a course at AED 147 and a year of doing the job. I’d rather tell you that than take your money and have you get nothing from it.
What if I’m not in Dubai?
Most of this works anywhere. The fundamentals don’t change between markets, and I’ve done this job in two countries. What changes is the structure around fees and listings, and we account for that.
How long before anything changes?
Your habits change in the first fortnight. Your numbers change inside a month. Your income changes about eight weeks after that, because this business pays late. Anybody promising faster is selling you something.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be careful of anybody who does. I can guarantee the structure and the honesty. The work is yours.
Can my brokerage book this for the whole team?
